Q. How can I borrow a document that is not in the Renouvaud network? What does it cost?
Answer
To order a document that is not in the Renouvaud network:
- in the Renouvaud catalog (sp.renouvaud.ch), click on "Sign in" at the top right of the page, then enter your login and password;
- then search choosing the "Renouvaud plus" perimeter
- if the document is not in Renouvaud plus, fill in the form available by clicking on "ILL request form" at the top of the page
- take note of the rates and the delivery time
Depending on the location of the document, it takes between 3 and 10 days between the date of creation of the request and the arrival of the document. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as it is available.
